Avanade employees have built a tradition of supporting the communities in which we live and work.  For us, “giving back” is just as important as our passion for technology and commitment to customers.  We support all of our team members in their collective efforts to contribute their time and talent to a variety of outreach programs – programs that affect real change in the community.

Recently, our Americas leadership team partnered with the Greater New Orleans Habitat for Humanity organization to help rebuild homes as part of the Gulf Coast Recovery Program in Louisiana.  

Each team member had become personally invested in the outcome of the project, and walked away at the end of the day with a sense of pride with what they had accomplished.

The Avanade team’s work in New Orleans was a humbling and affirming experience -- and it is indicative of vibrant and diverse Avanade initiatives all across the Americas.
